How do I track my order?

When your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email which will contain a tracking link.

Are Import taxes / Customs charges included?

Import Tax / Customs charges are NOT INCLUDED when purchasing from InkMyRide. These charges are payable locally. Upon the order reaching your country, you will be contacted with guidance on how to pay.
